Horrible Customer Service and Product Issues

A month ago I bought a Thinkpad T490s for my small business and have to say that I am completely disappointed with the product and the customer service. I intentionally bought a laptop specifically for business and thus more expensive. I went with a well known company that would hopefully stand behind their product and provide good customer service. I have had issues with the laptop since the day I bought it and have spent approximately 30 hours trying to get it resolved; most of this time being on hold. At least 4 times my call has been dropped after waiting 30-60minutes to speak to someone. I finally gave up and requested a return/refund when I got a rep. I was told someone would get back to me but that was over a week ago. I have no way of sending in a complaint to the company or someone at head office. I plan on writing a letter to the president of Lenovo North America. Think twice before buying a Lenovo laptop because if anything goes wrong you will not be able to get the support you require.
