I bought an ideapad s740 on September. It shipped on time, and worked for a week before I started having a problem with the display. Frequently, the computer would crash and multi colored lines would flash across the screen kind of pixelly. Called support first time, and they said I’d get contacted from their service department in 24-48 business hours (wtf do they use business hours?). No response for two weeks. Called again, said I’d get a personal follow up from case manager. No call for two weeks. Called a third time and was informed that my case had been input wrong and that I need to wait another 24-48 business hours. Decided to start the refund process so I wouldn’t have to deal with them anymore
