My Lenovo laptop touchpad stopped responding. i contacted the chat line and was advised to download through a link they provided. The link did not give me clear instructions. I muddled my way though and downloaded soemthing that took ages to download. Now neither the touchpad nor a plugged in mouse works so my laptop is now useless!!
