LENOVO is a Disgrace to All of Human Kind!!!
Customer service is Non Existant!!

This Lenovo Laptop is better suited as a doorstop all alone in the cold, dark recesses of my basement! What an absolute dumpster fire this thing turned out to be!!
The hard drive Failed less than 10 months of using it. Lenovo customer service… or lack thereof… what no help at all!!
Machine wouldn’t shut down when I told it to.
Wouldn’t boot up with wifi.
Wouldn’t boot up with sound.
Would have to restart multiple times to get it to start up correctly.
Bluetooth worked only when it felt like it.
Would never wake up from sleep.
and I swear i heard it call me names behind my back!!

Never ever. NEVER Again will I Purchase, Own or USE a Lenovo product!!

I bought two Lenova Laptops in 2019, a Core i3 and a Celeron. Both as slow as a snail climbing a mountain.
The Core i3 decided to lock me out of the Bios, then started giving blue screens of death and finally died, one month out of warranty.
Now I have an ASUS. Much better quality and much faster.

It was so stupid my Lenovo sucks so bad I crushed it and it made one of my friends was so heartbroken he got a hammer and smashed it and we were Like wtf and he said I hate Lenovo and literally went beserk and shouted and was crazed out and then my computer when I was doing something it said error and locked me out three that thing made me so mad I wanted to smash Lenovo is BS

I would NOT buy another Lenovo laptop even if it was free

They absolutely are trash 100000%

do to an unexplained error the computer will force restart! this is a major problem lenovo is the only computer that did the to me and it does it often!and there are no fixes for this problem.i have done malware scans that show no problems therefore the problem is with lenovo itself!

Bought a i7 lenovo laptop, 8 gb memory, 1tb hard drive. IT only came with a year warranty. 1 year and 1 month later the motherboard broke. Took it in for repairs and found its warranty lapsed. The Lenovo repair agent quoted on a mother board replacement that was the same price as to purchase a Dell laptop I5. After that my IT company stopped purchasing Lenovo

I have a core i3 Lenovo laptop. It has to be the most unreliable laptop in the world. A few keyboard buttons stopped working and later the entire keyboard packed in. I want to throw this laptop into the trash truck and watch it get crushed. DONT EVER BUY LENOVO

Webcam stopped working a couple of weeks ago ( bought laptop this year ). Had Lenovo laptop before where webcam image was muddy. Have tried both computer and online help areas. Getting very angry at Lenovo, which is why I’m here.
