Lenovo sucks DONT even bother buying. I have sooo many issues with my laptop and it’s not even a YEAR old.
The battery is already u hinging from the screen, nonetheless.
Go with a DIFFERENT brand, save the troubles

Straight out of the box it is absolutely the slowest PC I’ve ever seen…and I’m including way back to the early 90’s. Even with high speed internet it’s slower than dial-up! Doing anything on this machine is pure torture.

Lenovo laptop with i5 processor and all the goodies is SO FUCKIN SLOW!!! I sent it to LENOVO for repair and came back. It’s the SAME SHIT. I want to return and my money back but LENOVO will not refund. FUCK LENOVO

One of the worst tech decisions I ever made. I bought a Lenovo computer a few months ago and it blue screened today. Service is useless and their warranty is also. Never buying another China product.

I bought a Lenovo Laptop Model E540 and it has been the worst Laptop or computer I ever owned. Takes over 30 minutes to boot up every morning- constantly crashes or freezes, always prevents google from loading, and constantly showing out of date drivers. Will never ever buy any Lenovo product again

I’ve had my Lenovo laptop for about 10 months and this is the worst laptop I’ve ever used. The cursor jumps all over the screen, programs constantly lock up. Shopping for a new laptop that will NOT be a Lenovo. Don’t waste your money on a Lenovo POS.

Lenovo has made it impossible to get any support due to the 1 year warranty having expired a week after my laptop quit running. Now with the delays in service they tell me the warranty has expired and they won’t help me.

Levono will update your software so you can not print – to my guess it is to scam you into purchasing something to then allow you to print. It’s amazing how an update was done on my computer than I suddenly couldn’t print.

My company gave me a Lenovo P71 for work and it sucks! Constant Lenovo SW updates popping up, slowing down other applications such as Outlook and Excel. Outlook constantly freezes. The hardware has issue too: 2 months after use, the screen started showing a vertical green line that runs through the middle of the screen. I had to call service to get it replaced.

I purchased an 11″ laptop as I like a small computer.

NEVER AGAIN will I buy LENOVO. I have had laptops for many years but not ever had one that has very little storage. Most of the time I cannot even stay on an app very long without it closing down.

Only had the laptop for a month. HATE IT!!!
