A month before my warranty expired, my battery stopped holding more than 30 minutes of charge. I emailed customer service two or three times because my model’s battery evidently can’t be replace by itself. After two months of no response, I received an empty box on my front porch. I’m guessing they wanted me to put my laptop in there and mail it back???? not sure because they never told me. I wasn’t about to mail my laptop out in the middle of the school year not knowing if or when I got it back so I emailed them again. and again. nothing.
Lenovo sucks shit. Stay away from it.
